I recently purchased my sixth Toyota vehicle - the third one from your dealership.  I wanted to let you know what a pleasant experience it was.  My salesman was Corwin Lawson and Mr. Lawson went above and beyond to make sure my car buying experience was a positive one.  From the time I told Mr. Lawson what I was looking for until I shook Mr. Hafler's hand after signing the paperwork, I was very pleased with the attention to detail that was offered me.  Both Mr. Lawson and Mr. Hafler answered questions I had, occasionally having to answer the same question more than once or explain in greater detail, never showing signs of impatience.

Mr. Lawson's professionalism did not stop after the sale.  He continued his excellent treatment after the sale, assuring me that he was available night or day if I had a concern or question, even giving me his cell phone number.  I brought the vehicle in to have leather installed.  I told him that I was on a tight schedule that day, and he was waiting for me with an alternate vehicle to use without me having to wait.  Again, I was treated with courtesy and professionalism.

In addition to the excellent service I received, I am very pleased with the value of my purchase.  Again, thank you for providing me with a quality vehicle and outstanding service.  Your dealership met and exceeded my expectations.
